It is my opinion that the membership is entitled to updates as to the litigation concerning the the opening of the range to pre litigation status. That does not mean that individuals named in the lawsuit or suits have to comment directly specifically on matters which would compromise their or the clubs positions on pending matters. I would only like to be informed as to matters of court record so the memebers can have some feedback as to the status of our clubs progress or lack of progress. If the pricipals cannot resond to the membership the lawyers for the club should post regular updates. I feel forgotton when you call the club up and get incorrect recorded information on the answer machine. I feel neglected when myself and other club members have made contributions to defend the club and don't even receive updates as to where we are and where we are going. Thanks for listening.
